Thanks! I know what you mean about the ring size. It wasn't quite so bad for us because it was fairly obvious we'd have to do it while I was there, so I asked "for future reference" and she measured her finger. She was way, way off though, so it's pretty lucky we ended up just buying the ring together. Does she have any other rings she might leave hanging around in a jewellery box somewhere? You could steal one and have it measured. And anyway, don't worry too much. It's pretty easy to resize a ring.

Good luck anyway though, I'm sure you won't need it. It's amazing to see you're setting down, with a couple of kids too! Very cool to see you happy, you deserve it.

Seems everyone's settling down here nowadays.  Time to re-start the ol' 4w Batchelors' Club methinks!!

Unfortunately we don't get to make many of these decisions for ourselves, it's been more about taking opportunities when they come. We both get Christmas off work so it makes sense for me to visit around that time, whereas Easter breaks are way too hot for me to survive over there, and I get a ton of time off in August but Honey works it all. So it looks like I'll do the same thing again in December, which is when we'll pretty much have to get married somehow. It would be nice to be able to choose our own date, but it's more like a part of the process of applying for visas, less about the romantic side. Shame really. But still, if everything goes like it's supposed to, we should be able to fly her over here sometime in early 2015, and then we can have a second wedding here that can be more of what we want. That way both sides get to be part of it.

WWWWWOW that is so cool! Huge congrats and well wishes to you guys that is the best!!! Give us details, how long has Honey been in town and how did chux propose? Which plans have you made so far? Getting married in Bristol? Any idea when?

Wade Barrett and Paige were in Cardiff's HMV for an autograph signing on Sunday as part of the UK tour.  I went, and my camera decided to play up, which made a mess of my photos.  Grrrr.  But here they, in all their psychadelic glory!!

They were both really cool and friendly, and Paige is actually quite chatty!  I told Snake this story on Facebook, about how Paige spooked me about a bit.  She asked me "So are you going to the show tonight Luke?", and I immediately thought "Wait, I never said my name!".  So Paige is psychic, who knew!!

Anyway, the boys on Facebook have seen this, but for those poor souls who haven't the benefit of my friendship on Facebook, look who I met yesterday 😄

He was here doing one of those Q&A tours that seem to have become really popular all of a sudden.  He told a few stories then answered some questions.  He'd talk about Lou Thesz, Gorgeous George, ring psychology and mention backstage happenings, so I assumed he guessed most people there were insider fans.

It was down the Glee Club in Cardiff Bay on Sunday evening.  I only found on Saturday morning, and thankfully there were still some tickets left!  I bought the "Meet & Greet" ticket (haha, obviously!!).  He signed by Piper DVD, and I asked him about his dog collar match with Valentine.  He told me how heavy the chain was and how much his ear kept bleeding afterwards.  It'd bleed in his sleep, and he'd wake up with the pillow stuck to the side of his head.  Nasty!  Afterwards he said "awesome question!", and he mentioned that I looked really happy and full of life when he said hello 🙂.
