Didn't Michael Owen retire at the end of last season?

I am surprised how many there are on the list. Look at Stoke and Wigan!

So did Scholes. But as their contracts are ending they're counted.

You could probably come up with a pretty decent Premiership team out of the lists.

TOTTENHAM

Jack Barthram- decent right back, but league one is probably about his level

David Bentley- was always going to be a poor signing as Lennon was doing well on the right.  We should have got a left winger instead.

John Bostock- gutted he's gone as I still think he'll become a decent player.  Attitude was always a problem, and the reports I heard about him were that he felt he had made it once he moved to Spurs.  Currently he's a league one player, but two seasons of love at another club might bring him thru.

William Gallas- so excited that he's gone, he cost us a goal in almost every game he played.  Watch for Harry to come in and pick him up...

Jack Munns- league two player.  Hardly knew him...

Jake Nicholson- the lesser known Jake (Livermore being the other one).  Centre midfielder who looked a decent prospect a couple of seasons ago, but never pushed on.  Probably going to league two.
