I don't believe in Liverpool either, Daniel Sturridge is really good but he needs to stop being so greedy and pass the ball to a team mate. Probably why he never got played at Chelsea as he's glory hungry and there wee better players around him, I doubt he and Suarez can click.

United have no class.... its official... straight feom david moyes himself...
Gotta love a new manager who instead of rises to the level of the club, instead is determined to bring the club down to his level... and he is justifying and prempting being knocked out of champions league aswell because apprently united have not got any class players.
Im a liverpool fan and even to me it seems like the scouser in David Moyes is trying to dismantle United from the inside hahaha

I think he's done a great job getting Everton above Man United.

Tottenham Hotspur: Forever fifth.

Can't believe we lost. Three nil. At home.
But these things happen. I'm used to it, as a Spurs fan. I think its the international break, we've dropped points in games we've been expected to win in both games before the break now.

For some reason I'm not loving as much as I should, maybe because of all these annoying Loserpool fans piping about how great their team is. This made me realise that Spurs are the most hated team amongst London teams, cos it looks like Chelsea and West Ham hate you guys as much as we do I also remember QPR not being friendly either, I think Arsenal are the most hated from outside of London though.

Obviously arse hate us, Chelsea do too. Never had anything from west ham or qpr tho.
I always thought chelsea were the most hated team in the country because of roman
United are the most hated, they have to be. Everyone who isn't a United fan hates United.

Im not a united fan and i dont hate them.
Arse, chelsea, city, norwich, and loads of other clubs are higher on my dislike list.
Dislike City a lot more than I do United. Liverpool are my most disliked though.
Only teams I really dislike are Cardiff (naturally) and Fulham. Other teams have at least one redeeming feature.

Thanks Taker_2004 for the banner!

I find liverpool fans to be far more unlikable than their team (altho I do dislike their team more than united). They act like they invented football, and like they should still be at the top. Belly is the exception to the rule there tho...
I dislike Leeds as well. And Leeds fans. If you take away 1967-1975 then their entire history is one league title in 1991, yet they talk about their club like it was all conquering. One tip to shut them up is to point out that Huddersfield have won as many league titles as them, and Sheffield Wednesday have won more.
I was just about to say something then, but i will let you off Hilds haha

I agree with chux and Hilds. United are the team I hate most probably, everything about them from Fergie to how the press treat them to Rooney to the fans. There's so much I can't stand about them.
Liverpool on the other hand have the worst fans ever, most I've met are so annoying. Only Belly and my manager at work at bearable ones.

Yeah, the fans do annoy me a lot. My best mate supports them and at times I hate talking football with him cus he gets on my nerves. Classic example was when Newcastle finished above them the season before last. I made a throw away comment on how Newcastle have finally finished above Newcastle again (since he always laughs at how crap we are) and then I got a load of angry "tell me what you've won recently then" and things like that. All I hear from most Liverpool fans is things like that, or how they won so many titles over 20 years ago.
Was mainly fans, but since the whole Suarez problems started the club and majority of fans have shown a real lack of class. Especially the club.
Also the whole 'this year is ours' every season makes me think Matt Hardy is a fan. Not to mention 'that night in Istanbul', I even had one tell me that Carragher was better than Campbell and Ferdinand.
I still think Arsenal are in the top 3 most hated though. People hate Wenger more than anyone else, even though Mourinho continually gets praised.

Wenger was part of that, although he's been alright in recent seasons I think. I disliked him for years of "I didn't see it" nonsense. The worst one was when, I think it was Viera, did a savage tackle literally about 6 yards away from Wenger and he still said that he didn't see it. I can remember laughing at MOTD as they were asking what Wenger actually watches during the games to miss things like that.
I know he said that he wants to protect his players, but don't make yourself look foolish in the process. Say you don't want to talk about it or something. Most managers would say that there's no place for tackles like that, or that they want to view it again before commenting - not just straight up I didn't see it. Was so annoying.

I think Jose is liked and Arsene isn't is simply because of the fun factor. Jose is interesting, and talks about smelling his players, and growing them like eggs. It's almost Cantona-esc at times, whereas Arsene is very straight. If football was a bond film, Arsene would be the baddie...
I understand the Istanbul pride, they won the European cup. Same as Chelsea should be proud that they won it. But neither set of supporters should be proud of the performance of their teams. I can't recall two worse sides winning the competition, but I would have taken Spurs playing shit the year we were in it and winning it, rather than being entertaining and getting smashed 4-0 by Madrid...

This just shows me that the English media are easily swindled, it's like they want to turn football into a soap opera, Mourinho has said/done some reprehensible things but it gets swiped under the rug. Whilst Wenger on the other hand is held in high opinion in the rest of Europe compared to how he is viewed in England.

I agree tbh. I think Jose is terrible, but he does make me laugh at times. Arsene is a great manager (unfortunately...) and he stays calm and quiet and does his job. It's the way all managers should be.
Newcastle v Liverpool this weekend. Can't say I'm overly looking forward to it, but I really hope we do better than the 6-0 defeat of last season. Would absolutely love to beat Liverpool, not expecting much to be honest.
I half want Steven Taylor to play and to wind Suarez up so much that he get's Suarez to bite him or something. Even in defeat that moment would be worth it. Can't stand Suarez so another good ban would make me happy.
I think newcastle will take at least a point. Liverpools bubble is going to burst, just a question of when...
Liverpool are just Suarez United, I really don't get how they coped without him.

I use to really like watching Fulham play because they had some lovely flowing football. But over the last 18 months, they've turned to shit. They use to have a cracking, industrious midfield of Dembele, Murphy, Sidwell, Duff, Davies, Ruiz & Dempsey. But when players go, Jol hasn't replaced them with the same quality. Now they seem to be playing to get the ball to Berbatov and see if he scores. Craven Cottage use to be a fortress and a nightmare for away teams. Last home game they got out possessed by Stoke and were lucky to get a scrappy goal to win the game. I thought Stekelenburg would be a great asset but he only lasted two games and has been on the shelf since. I wondered how Fulham got him because he used to be one of the best goalies in the world a couple of years back.

Liverpool arnt that good, like arse and spurs they have had an easy start. The table wont take shape until 8 or 10 games into the season.
Moyes has lost a couple already and the team have looked poor, plus there was not getting the players they wanted on the summer and paying an extra 4m for fellaini.
I think he's massively under pressure.
