no ROH hate. I think that the have better wrestling than TNA for the most part.

Well, I think this dispels the rumor that Jay isn't injured; Mark, I don't know about, but jeeze...his shoulder is fucking messed up 😮. Secondly, like I've known for quite some time, Jay can cut one hell of a promo

Ring of Honor released Wednesday a video message from on-air authority figure Nigel McGuinness officially stripping Jay Briscoe of the ROH World Title.

The title is considered "vacant" and a 16-man tournament will begin on July 27 in Providence, R.I. to determine a new top champion.

The first entrant in the tournament is #1 contender Michael Elgin. The tournament will include dates of July 27, August 3 in Elgin's hometown of Toronto, August 17 in New York City, and the finals over "Death Before Dishonor" weekend September 20 & 21 in Philadelphia.

Well there you have it. I guess now he will have more time to hate gays....

weak. Briscoe should put someone over. Though, if it is ROHs fault, they look really bush league, letting their champion walk out. They coulda had a dunkin donuts center screwjob.

They didn't let their champion walk out. Ring Of Honor is known to give the belt to wrestlers on their way out: CM Punk, Danielson, Joe, I think they even did it with Aries.

Then again, last time I paid attention to anything ROH related, I think Morishima was champion...

Once a man would spend a week patiently waiting if he missed a stage coach, but now he rages if he misses the first section of a revolving door.

Well, Vince would never have let his champion go with the title (bret) unless it was some sort of storyline (cm punk).

I really like the idea of ROH - everyone is even and can win any match. No one is the focus. Anyone can win. More like mma. 9 out of 10 times, I bet the spider beats anyone, but every single match, there's a chance that lightning strikes... like chael vs spider ... chael was winning for 23 minutes & then got caught.

With wwe, you see who's in the match & almost ALWAYS know who's going to win (HHH's guys). TNA , too... it they're over 45 and/or an X-wwe guy ... they win.

They will be back because neither of the big two will touch them.

WWE was interested until Jay went on his twitter rant. What a doofus.

Main Event

Now they were spotted at a WWE live event in Ocean City, MD where they were spotted Ringside...  It does sound like a bit of a work, but they couldn't afford to be spotted ringside at Raw or Smackdown, so they had to make do with a Live Event

Aren't they both too damaged for WWE to take? Not sure about Jay but Mark is out every 2 weeks with injuries and his knees are destroyed. I remember reading that Nigel Mcguinness was turned down because his triceps were too damaged.

From what I heard they were guests of Justin Gabriel and it was nothing more than a social visit. Talent can only get you so far if you have no idea how to filter your thoughts.

plus, the 'look' pf the briscoes is exactly what vince is trying to distance himself from. They look like the fans that were at events in the late 80s, early 90s (the toothless hillbilllys that didn't know it was fake). I went to see a wwf show way back when & I was honestly afraid for Rick Rude's safety. Fans were tossing shit at him and threatening him, way out of line. I was about 100lbs lighter, and scared shitless.

The briscoes remind me of those fans (visually)
