Phoenix: Ladies and gentlemen, people of all ages, we welcome you to the inaugural event on the new and improved 4CW Network, welcome to 4CW HARDCORE HELLFIRE!!
Jeffrey: And tonight, the rules are simple! THERE ARE NO RULES! Every match is contested under Hardcore Rules!
Phoenix: That interruption came from my broadcast partner Ray Jeffrey, and I am also joined by James Roberts! We're one day removed from the historic Gallows End 2020, how are you both feeling?
Roberts: It's been a hell of a ride! I'm not sure I'm ready to get off yet!
Jeffrey: I bet you had fun, eh, Scotty?
Phoenix: It was indeed a good time, and don't ever call me Scotty!

Carson: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is for the 4CW HARDCORE CHAMPIONSHIP!!

"Ding Dong Song" hits the PA system. Out comes Janitur, with a mop and bucket, but without his faction because of social distancing concerns. Janitur has the 4CW Hardcore Championship wrapped around his waist.

Carson: Introducing first, from , weighing in at, he is the 4CW HARDCORE CHAMPION ... JANITUUUUR!!

Phoenix: Well, after an adventurous night at Gallows End, Janitur found himself as the Hardcore Champion. It's less than 24 hours later, and Dark Lotus wants his rematch! He'll get it tonight!
Jeffrey: Janitur has been up to a lot of weird shit lately. He has some kind of laboratory back there surely, what with the birth of JANISTAR and the awakening of The Supergroup... the sleep potion... one wonders what he puts in those solutions...
Phoenix: A question we'll probably never get the answer to, Ray... but what we will get the answer to, is who will walk out of here the 4CW Hardcore Champion!

Janitur rolls into the ring, leaving his bucket on the outside but keeping his mop in hand. The lights go dark as "Spiders on the Wall" by Magnolia Bayou hits the PA system. The fog fills the stage and ramp as Ol' Smokey comes out, followed closely by Dark Lotus. Lotus stares down Janitur in the ring, and seems transfixed on him as he comes down to the ring. Notably, there are no Swamp People tonight.

Carson: And his opponent, from Devil's Back Bone, Louisiana, weighing in at 275lbs... DARK ... LOOOOTUS!!

Phoenix: Look at that... Lotus left the Swamp Folk at home. Is he perhaps concerned for their allegiance after what Janitur did to wake up The Supergroup?
Jeffrey: If that's the case, Janitur should be applauded as one of very few people able to play mind games with Lotus and actually succeed!
Roberts: Lotus doesn't look like he's here to mess around, though... I'd be very careful if I was Janitur.

Lotus rolls into the ring without much charisma. Clearly, he is eager to get on with the match. The referee takes the 4CW Hardcore Championship, raises it in the air, and hands it to a ringside assistant. Then the referee calls for the bell.

3.png

Janitur sidesteps a clothesline and smashes the mop handle as hard as he is able to. The mop snaps in half... and Lotus barely flinches. He turns on the spot, grabs Janitur and headbutts him!

Jeffrey: Well, all that did was piss him off!

Lotus picks up Lotus and drops him with a sidewalk slam, then goes to the ropes and comes back with a big leg drop! He covers Janitur! 1...2...no! Kickout from Janitur!

Phoenix: Janitur still fighting!

Lotus picks up Janitur again and sets him up for a suplex... but Janitur reverses an executes a suplex of his own! Janitur rolls out of the ring as Lotus gets to his feet. Janitur picks up his evidently empty steel mop bucket and as Lotus leans over the ropes he throws the bucket up, which cracks Lotus on the head and sends him tumbling backwards!

Phoenix: Janitur with an opening!

Janitur leaps back up on to the apron and makes his way to the top rope! He then takes a jump and collides with Dark Lotus with a diving headbutt!!

Roberts: THE PLUNGE! Janitur hits The Plunge!
Jeffrey: This can't be it!

Janitur covers Lotus! ONE ... TWO ... NO!! Lotus kicks out!

Jeffrey: Of course that wasn't it! Dark Lotus is a monster!
Roberts: You didn't sound so confident just now!
Jeffrey: I sounded confident with your mother last night, and that's what counts!

Janitur rolls away from Lotus and gets back to his feet, trying to keep his momentum up. He turns back towards the turnbuckle - THWACK!! - a steel chair to the face from none other than CARLOS STARR!! Janitur collapses on the mat and Starr covers! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Phoenix: What?!

Carson: Here is your winner and the NEEEEW 4CW Hardcore Champion... CARLOOOOOS STARR!!

Phoenix: Look at that! Carlos Starr just came out of nowhere and stole the Hardcore title!
Jeffrey: And he's not sticking around! Smart guy!

Starr rolls out of the ring and grabs the belt, then jumps over the barricade and flees into the surrounding island.

Roberts: I hope he remembers to stay away from the swamp!

Rhys Cain is standing in The Black Flame locker room with the entirety of his group. He is sporting a black eye from the Lumberjack match last night against Sery but clearly the real injury is to his ego. Tonight, he is not smiling or cocky... he's just mad.

Cain: We're not going to talk about last night.
Moxie: But -
Cain: SHUT THE FUCK UP, ERICA!

Cain: Just - LISTEN - what happened last night? It doesn't matter. You know why? Because we're The Black Flame! We burn everything in our path... and you can't outrun fire. We're going to do the same thing we did BEFORE I was General Manager... and that's dominate this whole damn show. Tonight, I'm going to face Supreme in the main event.. and I'm going to win. I'm going to keep winning, until I'm 4CW World Champion. And all of you - if you're winning, you're gonna keep winning... and if you're not winning...

Cain holds his glance over Moxie for a beat longer than everyone else. She notices. He glances away as he continues talking...

Cain: Then start winning. Because 2020 is coming to a close, and I'm only taking winners into 2021 with me... in fact... I just had a fantastic idea.

Everyone waits for Cain to explain with baited breath.

Cain: The Black Flame is done. Dead and buried. Disbanded as of this very moment.

There's an outcry of protest from every member, but Cain holds up his hand and silence falls immediately.

Cain: You all want back in? All you gotta do is win a match. Win a match, you're in. Don't have a match scheduled tonight? Find one. Because at the end of the night, whoever doesn't have a win? The Black Flame will burn, and you will perish in the flames.

We cut to another scene backstage where Gabriel Crowe is standing in the interview area with newcomer "Full Gear" Lindon Jett.

Crowe: Ladies and gentlemen, people of all ages, I am here tonight with none other than 4CW newcomer, "Full Gear" Lindon Jett! Jett, in your debut match you were impressive, defeating fellow debutant "The Red Rhino" Grant Zaiden. That was a hell of a battle, but you were unsuccessful in the 13 Ghost Gauntlet match so my question is; what's next for Lindon Jett?

Jett: Crowe, I'm new here, but what you'll quickly find out about me is two things: I don't mince words, and I'm here to win. To win everything. I won my debut match and I was off to a great start... but I dropped the ball at Gallows End. That's fine. I learn from my failures. Been doing it all my life. It's because of my failures, that I've got to where I am today. But, my point is -

???: Blah.... blah.... blah.

The unfamiliar voice is revealed to be Grant Zaiden's as he steps into frame moments later.

Zaiden: Lindon Jett. You said you don't mince words, and yet you conveniently forget to mention that despite beating me in our debut matches here, it was actually I who eliminated YOU in the 13 Ghost Gauntlet.
Jett: Maybe I would have gotten to that if you hadn't interrupted me like an asshole. What's your point?
Zaiden: My point is, we're one a piece.
Jett: You think your victory over me in a Gauntlet where I had already beaten one opponent is equal to me beating you when we were both 100%?
Zaiden: Well, if you're in doubt, Jett... I'd gladly repeat the endeavour tonight.

Jett chuckles sarcastically.

Jett: You know what? You're on... but I don't think beating you once more will be enough, no... I really want to prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that I am better than you.
Zaiden: What are you saying?
Jett: I'm saying let's make this a Best of Seven Series... and Match One of A Possible Seven... starts tonight.

Zaiden grins and flexes.

Zaiden: You want me to beat you four times in a row? Nothing would make me happier. Winner picks the next stipulation. Deal?
Jett: Deal.

Zaiden walks away and Jett turns back to Crowe.

Jett: Looks like you just got your answer.

4.png

Phoenix: Well, you heard it before the break! Lindon Jett and Grant Zaiden are out to prove who is the better man! A Best of Seven series starts... right now!

Carson: The following contest is a HARDCORE match and is Match 1 in a Best of Seven Series!

"Creatures of Habit" by Polaris hits the PA system. Out comes Lindon Jett, fired up and getting the crowd pumped with high adrenaline as he marches down to the ring.

Carson: Introducing first, from Brisbane, Australia, weighing in at 247lbs... FULL GEAR ... LINDOOOOOON ... JETT!!

Jett slides into the ring and jumps up to his feet. He leaps up on to the middle turnbuckle, mimes spinning a gear in his hands then spreads out both arms, before jumping back down into the ring.

Phoenix: We've seen how both Jett and Zaiden are at their best in the past couple of months... and now the true test between them begins tonight!
Jeffrey: Lindon Jett looks fired up, that's for sure.

"Into Nothing" by Bleed From Within hits the PA system. The crowd boo as "The Red Rhino" Grant Zaiden comes out on to the stage. He's wearing black trunk with the outline of a red rhino seamed on, with black kneepads, elbow pads and boots to match.

Carson: And his opponent, from Charlton, England, weighing in at 260lbs, THE RED RHINO ... GRANT ... ZAAAIDEN!!

Zaiden charges down to the ring, equally as adrenaline-filled, but with a bit more weight to his steps. He gets into the ring after stomping up the steps. Once inside, he charges to the ropes, comes through the middle of the ropes, and does his signature "horn" pose with his hands.

Roberts: And here's Grant Zaiden. Slight power edge over Jett, who is a tad speedier than Zaiden. Overall though, they are pretty well matched.

Zaiden then comes back in, and takes the opposite corner to Jett. The referee, Jude O'Cater, makes sure both competitors are ready and calls for the bell.

4.png

This match gets off to a thunderous start, as Grant Zaiden rushes Lindon Jett as soon as the bell rings to gain an early advantage. After stomping him in the corner to hell and back, Zaiden throws Jett out of the ring and follows. Zaiden whips Jett into the steel steps, the barricade, and body slams him onto the ringside floor. He then grabs a steel chair from under the apron, but Jett gains an advantage and dropkicks the chair into Zaiden's face. Jett gets Zaiden back into the ring, pulls up the apron and pulls out a dustbin full of kendo sticks and miscellaneous weapons.

Back in the ring, Jett beats down Zaiden with multiple kendo stick hits, then pulls out a stop sign and smashes Zaiden across the head with it but only gets a two count. Jett tries a DDT onto the sign but Zaiden reverses, sends Jett to the ropes, and takes him out with a spinebuster on to the stop sign! This only gets a two count, as Jett kicks out! Zaiden pulls out a steel chain and begins to choke out Jett with it, but Jett manages to kick off the ropes to reverse and break free, taking out Zaiden with a neckbreaker for another two count.

Jett takes out Zaiden with a Broken Barriers (Slingblade) and then goes to the top rope for a Crash Landing (Diving Elbow Drop) but Zaiden moves out of the way. Zaiden hits a Reality Bomb (Vertical Suplex into a Powerbomb) to get a two count. Zaiden sets up for The Disparity (Inverted Fireman's Carry Michinoku Driver) but Jett reverses and throws him out of the ring. Jett dives through the middle ropes and smashes into Zaiden with a suicide dive, then rolls him back into the ring. Jett goes up top and hits the Crash Landing on the second attempt. He then hits the Jett Lagg (Backslide Driver) for the ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here is your winner, "FULL GEAR" ... LINDOOOON ... JETT!!

Jett celebrates his victory in the ring as his music plays once again.

Phoenix: Well, these two wanted a best of seven series ... and it's Jett who has struck first! Jett is 1-0 after that high-octane match!
Jeffrey: That means nothing! There's still a ton more matches to go!
Phoenix: Well, what it does mean is that Lindon Jett will choose the stipulation for Match Two, which will take place on Storm Front later this month!

Zaiden rolls out of the ring, looking frustrated at his loss. He waves a hand at Jett dismissively and storms up the ramp. Jett looks entirely unbothered and continues to celebrate.

We cut to a camera somewhere on 4CW Fight Island. We are at the beach and Carlos Starr is hiding behind some rocks.

Starr: Finally, I'm away from all that craziness. No-one will find me here.

Suddenly, Starr turns and notices the cameraman.

Starr: BRO! What gives? Have you been following me this whole time?

The camera man doesn't respond.

Starr: Well, it's not like you can beat me... and this beach is huge... no-one knows exactly where I am... while I have you here, let me tell you something...

While Starr continues to talk the ears off of the camera man, there is suddenly a disturbance in the sand behind him that he doesn't notice. It soon becomes clear someone is buried in the sand. They emerge moments later and it's none other than JEROME GRAYSON!

Grayson grabs Starr from behind. He takes him out with a powerbomb in the sand! A referee comes from behind a nearby rock as Grayson covers! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here is your winner and the NEW 4CW Hardcore Champion... JEROOOME ... GRAYSON!!

Phoenix: Carlos Starr tried to hide but it seems like it was a wasted journey! Jerome Grayson is the new Hardcore Champion!
Jeffrey: Now will he have the sense to get out of here?
Phoenix: To go where? We're on an island in an undisclosed location! The only flights out of here are official 4CW flights!
Jeffrey: It's a big island... he should go hide somewhere!

6.png

Carson: The following contest is a six-person tornado tag match scheduled for one fall, for the 4CW Franchise Championship!

Phoenix: Well it looks like some members of The Black Flame have found themselves a match! Remember, Cain said anyone who doesn't win a match tonight is out!

"Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system. Zephyris comes out, with the 4CW Franchise Championship strapped around his waist. Coming immediately behind him are Bruce Rigg and Garret Fischer aka The Liberation.

Carson: Introducing first, the 4CW Franchise Champions, ZEPHYRIS, BRUCE RIGG and GARRET FISCHER ... THE BLACK FLAAAAME!!

Jeffrey: Technically, Cain disbanded The Black Flame tonight, so maybe Carson should do some research.
Roberts: Let's not argue semantics.
Jeffrey: Wanna argue about your mother, instead?

Zephyris leads the charge, The Liberation following behind listening to his pre-match instructions. Together, they take over one corner of the ring.

"Superstar" by Lupe Fiasco hits the PA system. Surprisingly, The Supergroup get something of a pop from the crowd tonight.

Carson: And their opponents... the team of ZAK E JUSTICE, NIK WAVERLY and RANE ... THE SUPERGROUP!!

Jeffrey: You know, I actually kind of missed these idiots. I'm glad Janitur was able to set them free.
Roberts: Jesus, Ray, are you OK?
Jeffrey: Yeah... why?
Roberts: I just thought something was wrong, you know, with you showing empathy.
Jeffrey: Go fuck yourself.
Roberts: Yeah, you're fine.

With Carlos Starr having ran around the island earlier, he is absent, and so are Tony Rock and Myback, the other two members of The Supergroup. Justice, Waverly and Rane are here to accept the challenge nonetheless, and make it clear from their motioning to their waists that they want the belt.

The three members of The Supergroup get into the ring and take the opposite corner of The Black Flame. After a short deliberation between the two teams discussing tactics, the referee calls for the bell. Given the tornado rules, all hell breaks loose.

5.png

The Supergroup actually strike first, as Justice and Waverly grab Zephyris and take him out with a double suplex. Fischer and Rigg jump in to attack Justice an Waverly, until Rane jumps on the back of Rigg. Holding him in a sleeper, Rane gets Rigg's attention. He moves away from the tangle of bodies, and pulls down Rane hard on the mat. When Rane gets to her feet, Rigg grabs her and hits a belly-to-belly.

Zephyris takes out Waverly with a dropkick and then rolls out of the ring. He grabs a steel chair from ringside, closes it, and slides back into the ring with it. Zephyris smashes the steel chair across the back of Waverly, and then Justice. Rigg grabs the fallen Rane and throws her into the corner. He charges after Rane, but she gets a boot up which kicks him right in the jaw! With Rigg dazed, Rane climbs up to the top rope and dives off with a crossbody for the first cover. ONE ... TWO ... Fischer breaks the count!

Fischer and Rigg both recover and double team Rane in the corner with repeated stomps. Rigg then sends Rane to the ropes and takes her out with a back body drop! He then grabs Rane and throws her over the top rope... but Rane hangs on! Rane skins the cat and gets back into the ring. A frustrated Rigg charges after her, but Rane pulls down the top rope, and sends Rigg flying out of the ring. Fischer charges at Rane but she sidesteps and sends him flying over too. Justice clotheslines Zephyris over the ropes to the outside!

All three members of The Supergroup seize the opportunity and hit a three-person suicide dive to the outside! Justice is first to his feet and he throws Zephyris back into the ring! Zak E Justice grabs Zephyris and his a beautiful bridging Fisherman's Suplex that he calls Zak Attack! Justice seems like he has the match won, but Rigg is suddenly back in the ring. He grabs Justice, sets him up and takes him out with the FREEDOM BOMB!! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here are your winners and STILL 4CW Franchise Champions, THE BLACK FLAME!!

Phoenix: Still not an official 4CW Championship, just so you know... but The Black Flame are indeed successful.... and that means Zephyris and The Liberation are back in The Black Flame!
Jeffrey: Official smicial! They are winning matches and that is what matters!
Roberts: The Supergroup came out all guns blazing, but The Black Flame were simply superior tonight!

While Zephyris and The Liberation celebrate in the ring, we cut backstage to another Black Flame member. Erica Moxie is walking backstage, after coming back from a work out in the gym. It seems she has something on her mind as she is distracted and doesn't immediately notice Reuben Kojo and Devon Drummond of the Synth City Thrillers until they are feet away from her.

Kojo: Why the glum face, Moxie?

Moxie turns to face her adversaries.

Moxie: Not tonight, boys. I don't have the energy to kick your ass right now.

Kojo chuckles ironically.

Kojo: That's why we like you, Moxie. You'll tell anyone straight. It's just a shame you can never tell Cain straight, eh?
Drummond: Hey, leave her alone, Reuben. It's not her fault the cult leader is an asshole.

Moxie looks like she is about to reply back when a new shadow looms over the scene as Eli Waters steps into frame.

Waters: You two like to dance, and you like to talk... well, congratulations, that talking and dancing just got you a match tonight, against Moxie and I. Get ready, boys.
Drummond: Fine with us. See you out there, culties.

Drummond and Kojo walk away and Moxie turns to Waters.

Moxie: Thanks for having my back.
Waters: Let me make one thing clear. I've given you the chance to stay in The Black Flame tonight by teaming up with me. If you don't pull a win out of your ass, or if you cost me this match, there will be no more olive branches. And I will beat the shit out of you. Understood?

Waters doesn't wait for an answer. He turns and leaves. Moxie looks furious at the way she's been disrespected as we cut away to a break.

We cut to another part of the island where Jerome Grayson is jogging up an incline, leading to a small peak. Clearly, he wants a vantage point to see any potential enemies coming. He takes a big jump and lands on the top of the hill, when in the distance he notices a small cave.

Grayson: Now that's a three-pointer hiding place!

Grayson starts to jog towards the cave. As he reaches the opening, he notices a shoddily carved sign sticking out of the grass.

THE JANITURS

He reads the sign and it suddenly dawns on him.

Grayson: Shit.

Phoenix: Has Grayson just inadvertently found the Janitur base?!

Grayson turns to leave, when he is BLASTED by a clothesline from none other than the masked JANISTAR himself! JANISTAR makes the cover. Grayson's referee slides in to count. ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here is your winner and the NEW 4CW Hardcore Champion... JANISTAR!!

Phoenix: New champion! But can JANISTAR succeed where Starr and Grayson failed and hold on to that belt tonight?!

1.png

We cut to the island where the camera man is still standing near The Janiturs cave. He hasn't gone in, but he hasn't left either, clearly expecting something to happen.  The sudden movement he sees is why we cut to him. JANISTAR, with the 4CW Hardcore Championship on his shoulder, scouts from the cave entrance, looking around. He sees the camera man but ignores him and sees no-one else.

The moonlight has broken through some trees to illuminate the grass. JANISTAR sees something that catches his attention in the grass. He leans in and is SWARMED by a splash of leeches! They jump up on his mask and arms and he spends a few moments fighting them off. He does so without too much trouble, but then turns back to the cave, to find that the entrance is now guarded by SOMEONE ELSE.

The light breaks through the trees more to reveal DARK LOTUS. JANISTAR charges towards his enemy, but Lotus is ready with a big boot! He grabs JANISTAR and throws him into the cave wall. He then DDT's JANISTAR onto a nearby rock! The giant falls and Lotus covers!  A referee appears out of nowhere. ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here is your winner and the NEW 4CW Hardcore Champion... DARK ... LOOOTUS!!

Dark Lotus slithers into the darkness and vanishes.

Jeffrey: What just happened?
Phoenix: I don't wanna talk about it. Can we just acknowledge it happened, and move on?
Roberts: Agreed! Dark Lotus is the new Hardcore Champion!
Phoenix: Let's take it back to the ring for some tag team action!

"Roadgame" by Kavinsky hits the PA system. The crowd pop as the synth beat plays, the strobe lights flash and the duo of Reuben Kojo and Devon Drummond dance out on to the stage.

Carson: Introducing first, from London, England, weighing in at a combined weight of 454lbs... the team of REUBEN KOJO and DEVON DRUMMOND ... SYNTH CITYYYYYYY ... THRILLERS!!

Phoenix: Synth City have had an up and down year, but they always accept a challenge and after Waters and Moxie challenged them to a tag match tonight, they snapped up the opportunity.
Jeffrey: And that's why the 4CW  tag division is one of the best in the world. Competition is always sharp and on point! Synth City have proven to be a formidable part of that division, but Moxie and Waters are part of the most dominant faction in 4CW and that could play a part tonight!

"Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system as Erica Moxie steps out on stage, followed behind by Eli Waters.

Carson: And their opponents, representing THE BLACK FLAME, weighing in at a combined weight of 378lbs... ERICA MOXIE and ELI WATERS ... THE BLACK ... FLAAAAME!!

Moxie walks down the ramp slightly ahead of Waters, until Waters intentionally quickens his pace, overtaking Moxie on the ramp and trying to make himself the focus. Moxie rolls her eyes as they approach the ring.

Phoenix: Well, Moxie inadvertently cost Waters the Universal Title last night, and perhaps if not for Cain's ultimatum tonight, they would be beating the hell out of each other... but they know that if they don't get a win tonight, they are out! And the best way to get a win is to join forces, in their eyes.
Jeffrey: Two birds, one stone. It's not a bad strategy, frankly. Worked out for Zephyris and The Liberation earlier.

Waters and Moxie both get into the ring. Waters turns around, points at Moxie threateningly and mutters something. Moxie doesn't react to him, instead heading back to the corner of the ring and waiting on the apron. On the other side of the ring, Reuben Kojo starts the match as Drummond waits on the apron. Referee Anna Molly calls for the bell.

Phoenix: And just to be clear, this is a hardcore match with no disqualifications, however traditional tag team rules must be upheld or the match will be thrown out. Unlike the earlier six man, this match is NOT tornado rules!
Jeffrey: So, despite the stipulation tonight, these teams will have to show some restraint.
Phoenix: To an extent, but as long as there are two legal competitors in the ring, they can do as they please!

7.png

Waters and Kojo clash in the middle of the ring, not with a grapple, but with thunderous strikes. Lefts and rights right off the bat, which quickly turn into slower, heavier shots with forearms and elbows. Kojo comes out on top, with his MMA experience clearly giving him the advantage, and a saito suplex gives him an early chance at a cover but only gets a two count. Kojo continues to dominate with big strikes until he gets Waters in the corner and Waters reverses with a boot to the face.

Waters hits Kojo with a clothesline and a fallaway slam, before throwing him in the corner and tagging in Moxie. After a quick double team that keeps Kojo in the corner, Moxie takes control with some chops and strikes in the corner. She then immediately tags in Waters, but utilises the five count to its maximum before she leaves the ring again to throw in an extra few shots.

With Kojo hurt, Waters takes him down with a This Fire Burns spinebuster but only gets a two count. He sets up the Hate by Design discus clothesline, but Kojo ducks out of the way, comes back off the ropes and takes down Waters with a clothesline of his own! A quick belly-to-belly follows this up, and then Kojo manages to get the hot tag to Drummond. Moxie runs in and is wiped out by a charging Drummond. As Moxie rolls out, Drummond takes out a recovering Waters with a Japanese arm drag and then springboards off the ropes for a moonsault that he dubs Rage Against The Dying Light! It seems like Drummond may have it won here as he covers but Moxie breaks up the count at two.

Kojo gets back into the ring and clotheslines Moxie over the top rope. He follows this up by running to the ropes and launching himself out of the ring on top of Moxie! Inside the ring, Drummond takes down Waters with the Beat of the Drummond European Uppercut, and then locks in THE PADLOCK!! Waters fights out of the submission by getting to his feet and swinging Drummond around wildly, who is still hooked on to him, eventually slamming him down to the mat with some kind of modified side slam.

Outside the ring, Moxie reverses Kojo's attempt to throw her into the steel steps. When he charges at her, she sidesteps him and drop toe holds him, causing Kojo to hit the steel steps jaw first! Kojo crumbles and Moxie jumps back up on the apron. As Waters scrambles to his feet, Drummond following closely, Moxie blind tags Waters. Waters runs forward anyway, taking out Drummond with The Death of Injustice Brogue Kick!

Moxie gets into the ring and takes down Drummond with the Moxie Massacre! She makes the cover for a comfortable ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here are your winners... ELI WATERS... and ERICAAAA ... MOXIE!!

"Black Flame" by Bury Tomorrow hits the PA system. Moxie stands up, raising her arms, barely believing she finally got her win.

Phoenix: It's taken her over ten months but Erica Moxie finally has a win in 2020! And that means both she and Waters are safe and still in The Black Flame!
Jeffrey: Looks like they were able to put their differences aside, after all!

Waters gets back into the ring and gives Moxie a curt nod, possibly the first sign of respect he has shown her. She responds by smirking, then kicking him in the gut and hitting a MOXIE MASSACRE DDT!!

Phoenix: They may have put the aside for the match, but clearly, those issues remain unresolved! Moxie Massacre!

Moxie stands over the fallen Waters and shouts loud enough for the mic to pick up.

Moxie: The next time you disrespect me will be the last time you disrespect me, rookie.

Moxie rolls out of the ring and storms up the ramp. The camera follows her as she breaks through into the gorilla position, where Rhys Cain is standing and waiting.

Cain: What the hell was that?
Moxie: I beat your little pet's ass.

Cain frowns.

Cain: Are your loyalties wavering?
Moxie: Not at all. We won our match. We're still in The Black Flame. And if he disrespects me again, I'll beat his ass again. And that goes for ... any member of The Black Flame.

Cain stares at Moxie for a long, long moment. Neither breaks eye contact. It's as if their battling to read each other's minds. Then Cain blinks and smirks.

Cain: THAT'S the Moxie we've been missing this year. Glad to have you back, kid.

Cain chuckles to himself as he walks off. The camera takes one last look at Moxie, who's expression is unreadable, before we cut away.

"Head Like A Hole" by Miley Cyrus hits the PA system. To a pretty respectable pop come out the former three-time 4CW Tag Team Champions, S&M. Senecca and Meyer waste no time heading for the ring.

Carson: The following contest is a tag team match scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Valhalla, New York, weighing in at a combined weight of 560lbs... 4CW Hall of Famers... SENECCA ... DIRK MEYER ... S&M!!

Senecca climbs the steps and through the ropes as Meyer rolls in under the bottom rope. Together, they take a corner and discuss tactics as the music of their opponents hits.

"Cowboys From Hell" by Pantera hits the PA system. Both Jason and Robert Crow come out on to the stage, both armed with weapons. Jason is holding a barbed wire bat while Robert is carrying a steel chair. Seeing this, Meyer slips out of the ring, grabs and folds two chairs from ringside and slides them into the ring. Meyer grabs one and passes one to Senecca.

Carson: And their opponents, from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, weighing in at a combined weight of 496lbs... JASON AND ROBERT ... THE MURDER OF CROOOOWS!!

Phoenix: Here come Murder of Crows! An opportunity for them to properly inject themselves into the top of the tag division for the first time! And to do so, they have to beat Hall of Famers S&M.
Jeffrey: Hall of Famers AND three-time Tag Champs. S&M have been down this road many times, they have to be the favourites.
Phoenix: But let's not forget, Murder of Crows thrive in this sort of hardcore environment!

Jason and Robert roll into the ring and don't even wait for the bell to ring. Their chair and bat clash with S&M's chairs.

The bell rings a moment later and the two teams continue to clash with their weapons. Meyer hits Jason hard enough for the barbed wire bat to fall out of his hand and roll out of the ring. A moment later, Meyer cracks Jason with a chair shot. Senecca has less fortunate luck. Robert swiftly avoids his swing and smashes him in the back with the chair. Meyer spins Robert around and gets jabbed in the gut with the steel chair and then one across the back for good measure.

The early dominance for Murder of Crows becomes a trend in the next few minutes. Jason and Robert double suplex Senecca on to a steel chair. They then take down Meyer with a double clothesline and throw him out of the ring. Murder of Crows take their time methodically picking Meyer apart, when he suddenly retaliates with a low blow to Jason! Meyer ducks a Robert clothesline and hits a neckbreaker! Meyer then picks up the barbed wire bat and bashes Jason across the head, busting him wide open.

Meyer brings Jason back into the ring and Senecca recovers enough to make his move and deliver a big splash. Senecca gets a two count when Robert breaks the count with a chair shot across Senecca's back. Meyer takes out Robert with a snapmare > dropkick combination. Meyer then hits Robert with a scoop slam directly on top of a steel chair but only gets a two count!

Jason, now wearing a crimson mask, shoots a fire extinguisher from the outside, temporarily blinding both Senecca and Meyer. Jason rolls into the ring and smashes Meyer across the head with a steel chair. He turns to take out Senecca, but the fog clears a little faster than he anticipated and Senecca charges at Jason, smashing into him with a monumental clothesline! Senecca follows up with a belly-to-belly suplex and then a spinebuster! Senecca hooks the leg... but only gets a two count!

Robert manages to recover enough to jump on Senecca with repeated clubs to the head. Regardless, Senecca fights his way back to his feet and eventually takes down Robert with a big boot! Meyer gets to his feet around the same time as Jason, and clotheslines him over the top rope! Senecca grabs Robert and lifts him up on to his shoulder, slamming him down with THE DARK PLUNGE! Senecca covers Robert! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here are your winners... S&M!!

Roberts: A big win for Senecca and Dirk Meyer tonight!
Phoenix: Indeed so! Could they now claim they deserve a chance at the 4CW Tag Team Championships?
Roberts: Well, now Sery is back in control I guess it's up to him.

"Good Times" by Finger Eleven hits the PA system. Supreme comes out on to the stage as we prepare for the main event of the evening.

Carson: The following contest is our MAIN EVENT of the evening and is scheduled for one fall! Introducing first, from Supremeville, USA, weighing in at 240lbs... 4CW HALL OF FAMER... SUPREEEEEEEME!!

Phoenix: Supreme had a great performance in the 13 Ghost Gauntlet last night! It took four opponents to take him out.
Jeffrey: And he'll want to carry that momentum into tonight against a man who, historically, Supreme has always had the number of, Rhys Cain.
Phoenix: Indeed Supreme has beaten Cain a hell of a lot more times than Cain has beaten Supreme! But they've battled many times, including at Revival, so this newest page in the novel that is this rivalry will no doubt be one to remember!

"As I Am by Dream Theatre hits the PA system. The crowd turn their voices into acid as they boo the arrival of The Black Flame.

Phoenix: Out of power, but still chasing glory! Rhys Cain is here tonight and he is on a mission. Every single member of his faction has won tonight, and can you imagine if Cain was the only one not to pull off a victory? What would happen then?
Roberts: Probably nothing, knowing his double standards.

Can heads down to the ring, staring down Supreme in the ring as he does so.

Carson: And his opponent, from THE SCORCHED PATH, weighing in at 230lbs... 4CW HALL OF FAME ... THE BLACK FLAME ... RHYS ... CAAAAIN!!

Cain rolls into the ring. He jumps up and stares down Supreme who looks ready to go, jogging confidently and lightly on the spot. Cain takes off his coat and the referee calls for the bell!

The two Hall of Famers start this match in a fairly traditional manner. They lock up in the middle of the ring like a pair of titans. Supreme wins the struggle and locks Cain into a side headlock. He wrenches down on the Welshman's head to apply pressure, but Cain is experienced enough to find a way to slip out of Supreme's grip. He locks up Supreme from behind and pulls him into the air for a German Suplex. Supreme swiftly lands on his feet while Cain swiftly moves back up to his feet. Supreme charges with a clothesline that Cain ducks. Supreme goes to the ropes and comes back, only to walk into an arm drag from Cain. Cain then runs to the ropes and comes back with a dropkick - which Supreme falls back to the mat to avoid, then rolls up the fallen Cain for a quick two count.

The match starts to fall away from the traditional technical style, and becomes more of a brawl. Going from corner to corner, Supreme and Cain take each other out with an array of chops, strikes and kicks. Supreme manages to pull out an atomic drop and a belly-to-belly suplex to get a two count. Supreme continues his assault, and hits a roariing elbow followed by another belly-to-belly, but still only gets a two count. Supreme picks up Cain and attempts Supreme Impact but Cain moves away from the corner and out of danger. Cain sidesteps a clothesline attempt, spins Supreme around and hits a Side Effect! Cain then sets up for the Dragon Rage. He lines up Supreme and runs to him - only for Supreme to sidestep again and this time take out Cain with a German suplex following by a trip to the corner and a SUPREME IMPACT successfully hit! Supreme covers Cain but, to everyone's surprise, only gets a TWO count.

At this point, it's clear Cain is in trouble. As Supreme takes him out with another roaring elbow, Moxie runs into the ring. She rolls on the floor then jumps up and takes out Supreme with the Omaha Slicer!! The crowd irate at this interference, Moxie is thrown out by the referee as the crowd roar in hatred. Cain doesn't cover Supreme, instead he picks him up and hits the AVADA KEDAVRA! Cain covers Supreme! ONE ... TWO ... THREE!!

Carson: Here is your winner, THE BLACK FLAME ... RHYS ... CAAAAIN!!

"As I Am" by Dream Theatre hits the PA system. The small crowd are very vocal in their dislike for Cain's win, especially with it having come with such a blatant interference.

Phoenix: The crowd have made it clear how they feel about this result. But the fact remains, tonight was very much the night of The Black Flame. Success for every member. And a dominating display throughout the night.
Roberts: The only comfort we have is that Cain is no longer in power here in 4CW, though with dominating nights like tonight, he may not need to be!
Phoenix: We'll be back at the end of the month for Storm Front! Thank you for joining us, and goodnight!!

The show ends with Cain celebrating his victory on the ramp, with Erica Moxie and Zephyris.

Main Event

Not gonna give as full review, but will say, this was an enjoyable show, and a cool way to show off some of the less used talent in 4CW. It was certainly an interesting way to show the sub-plot of the Black Flame's re-start. And I'm sure you really enjoyed the extra workload for no reason! :-P Nice one Rhys!
