OK, so I picked randomly and I ended up with
IPSWICH TOWN
Manager: Mick McCarthy
Arena: Portman Road
Capacity: 30, 311
Chairman: Marcus Evans
League: EFL Championship
Nickname: The Blues or The Tractor Boys
And their results so far this season:
League: Ipswich 1-0 Birmingham

League: Barnsley 1-2 Ipswich
League: Millwall 3-4 Ipswich
League: Ipswich 2-0 Brentford
Cup: Crystal Palace 2-1 Ipswich
Top Scorers:
Martyn Waghorn - 4
Joe Garner - 3
David McGoldrick - 3
Up until last night they were unbeaten, and they are still unbeaten in the league.

You selected Swansea as the team you support right? So that would mean no, you have to pick a second team from another league/country.
I'll get one picked tonight. I like the Football Manager idea. Might start a new game unemployed with a few leagues loaded and see who comes up first.
So I haven't played Football Manager all week, so backup option is one of my favourite teams to be on the game. ADO Den Haag. Seen the play live and it was quite an experience.
Alles Door Oefening Den Haag, commonly known by the abbreviated name ADO Den Haag, is a Dutch association football club from the city of The Hague. The club was for a time known as FC Den Haag, with ADO representing the amateur branch of the club.
Arena/Stadium: Kyocera Stadium
Manager: Alfons Groenendijk
Chairman: Ben Knüppe
Leagues: Eredivisie, KNVB Cup, Netherlands Football League Championship
Training grounds: Kyocera Stadium, Zuiderpark Stadion
Not had a good start to the season so far. 3 games in, 3 loses. Hopefully things will improve.
ADO Den Haag 1-2 SC Heerenveen
AZ Alkmaar 2-0 ADO Den Haag
ADO Den Haag 0-3 FC Utrecht
East Fife aren't having a good time. Since my last update the results have been:
League: East Fife 0 - 5 Raith Rovers.
Yep, a huge home loss.
And on Saturday another home loss:
League: East Fife 0 - 1 Queen's Park
Leaves them sitting in 8th place in a league with only 10 teams.

IPSWICH TOWN
Since my last update, we've had these results:
League: Ipswich 0-2 Fulham
League: QPR 2-1 Ipswich
So two losses after a good start to the season. Currently sitting 4th in the Championship.

Thanks Taker_2004 for the banner!
League: Airdrieonians 0 - 1 East Fife
League: East Fife 3 - 0 Forfar Athletic
League: Ayr United 3 - 0 East Fife
Currently 5th out of 10. Not too bad.
Mid wayish through October and their top scorer has just 3 goals. Not particularly great. But could be worse, mid table isn't too shabby.

League: Ipswich 2-0 Bolton
League: Leeds 3-2 Ipswich
League: Ipswich 5-2 Sunderland
League: Ipswich 1-3 Bristol City
Won 6, Lost 4, 8th place in the Championship. Could do with turning some of those losses into draws

It's been almost 2 months, so how's everyones teams doing as we kick off the new year?
I won't go through all East Fifes results for the past 2 months, but here are the highlights:
19 League games played. Currently 6th out of a possible 10.
Have 22 points. Team in first has 41. Team at the bottom has 15.
Had a big win at the end of November, winning 6-1 against Airdrieonians.
Big loss in December, losing 4-1 to Ayr United, who are currently leading the division.
Leading goalscorer is Chris Duggan with 9 goals. Better than it was in October. Got 2 players with 5 goals each as well.

So my team of East Fife finished 6th our of 10 places.
36 games played. Won 13. Drew 3. Lost 20. With a nice -18 goal difference.
Chris Duggan finished with 15 league goals to finish as top scorer.

I thought it would be a fun idea to randomly select a team in another country and league and follow them throughout the season. Maybe end up with another team to support. Nothing will beat Burnley, but second teams are always fun. One of my friends at work has two teams; his favourite team and his home town team, as they are different. He says he would pick his favourite team every time if the two teams ever met, but that it's really fun following a second team as the differences between them are interesting.
I can't support another team in England. Just can't do it. So my idea is find a second team in another country and go from there.
My idea led me to deciding that the next team that offers me a job on Football Manager is the team I'd follow/support. Step forward East Fife in Scotland!
East Fife
East Fife Football Club is a semi-professional football club established in 1903 in Methil, Fife, Scotland. They are members of the Scottish Professional Football League.
Manager: Gary Naysmith
Arena/Stadium: Bayview Stadium
Chairman: Jim Stevenson
Nickname(s): The Fifers or The Fife
League: Scottish League One
Capacity: 1,980
They've not had a bad start to the season so far. They currently sit third after 3 games. Out of the cup already though.
Results:
League: Stranraer 1 - 0 East Fife
League: East Fife 1 - 0 Alloa Athletic
Challenge Cup: East Fife 0 - 2 Peterhead
League: Arbroath 2 - 3 East Fife
So, who else wants to randomly pick a team and post how they do and follow them in this thread? It'll be fun.
