WWE have had a lot of criticism for not taking the ladies, but people fail to realise the show doesn't happen with the ladies. And you can't affect change in a place if you aren't even going to go there. I think in a couple years time we will see women compete in Saudi just like the men, but it's one of those things that has to happen in baby steps. Women being compensated in the mean time? Sounds good to me.

A touchy subject, and one that WWE won't be able to change, but I really like that they have paid the women wrestlers as though they were there. Great news, as it's really not their fault that they weren't allowed to wrestle, as at least they're not punished financially as well. Sucks that they can't speak out on it, but really that wouldn't change anything either and it'd be no different to what non-wrestlers from countries that care about women have had to say about it. I'd be delighted at receiving pay for doing absolutely fuck all, but I wouldn't get it. Never do. Props to WWE though for paying them for it when they didn't really have to.
