Annoys the shit out of me. It's when they go through a period of having the champions come out last, even have all the title matches before the main event have the title holder come out last... but then the main event contains someone like Cena who can't possibly come out first, before the title holder.
Title holder should always come out last, whoever they are against.
I have a huge pet peeve with the WWE with they way they handle the entrances of their title holders. When the champ comes out to a match his entrance should be last. Might be nitpicking a little bit, but its the little things like coming out last that make a champ seem important. It places importance on the champion. So many times they have the champ come out first and the next guy come out last. Does this annoy anyone else?
