I actually think Punk will pull this out of the bag. I've been very undecided on how I think Punks UFC debut will go, but I think I've settled on him winning. I saw someone online pointing out the other day that Punks head can take a beating and showing all the WWE big moves that he's done and things before he was with them and he's taken some huge bumps, head shots, etc. He's kind of used to his body being beaten really and it also shows his stamina so I can't see him getting tired too easily. He's probably got a good chance against a guy that's only had 2 MMA fights.
I'm about 60% sure he'll win. Not fully confident, but more on him winning than losing.
I like that they've put two good matches on top of the Punk match. I know it's one that's got peoples attention, but they can't have the PPV be about him. That would just be wrong - it's not like he's a freak athlete like Lesnar when he debuted. I'm really looking forward to this one and even if the Punk fight is a letdown, the rest of the card should make up for that.
Well Punk got fucking owned. Gall doesn't even bother trying to stand and fight to give Punk a slight chance. Straight to the ground where his strengths are.
Ah man, that was awesome. I was about 90% sure he'd lose, but I didn't think that badly. Maybe if he takes another two years his next fight will go to the second round.
Well that was painful to watch. Punk didn't get a single shot in.

He needs someone who will stand and fight when he goes again. He's never going to win when it comes to the ground game - these guys have been working on that since before Punk even thought of doing MMA. I was feeling okay for Punk until they mentioned that Gall was a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu, kind of knew what was going to happen then. All my good feelings went lol, and rightly so.
Well I couldn't have been more wrong with this PPV so far. Was sure that Faber was going to win. 60% on Punk before the night. Was absolutely certain that Werdum vs Browne match would end in knock out. Hope I'm not wrong on Overeem wining the belt.

UFC 203 is just one week away now. Wrestling fans are looking forward to finally seeing CM Punk make his UFC debut. UFC fans are more interested in some of the other matches. Fans of both are a nice mixed bag.
The matches are:
Stipe Miocic (c) vs. Alistair Overeem for the UFC Heavyweight Championship
Fabrício Werdum vs. Travis Browne
CM Punk vs. Mickey Gall
Urijah Faber vs. Jimmie Rivera
Jéssica Andrade vs. Joanne Calderwood
Will be disappointed if Overeem doesn't leave as champion, and I always look forward to seeing Faber fight as he's great. Werdum vs Browne would be a shocker if it doesn't end in a knock out.
The real question though, is:
