For me, I wouldn't have out Cien Almas as a top heel. Try mid-level heel. And I'd swap Roode and Elias as well on Raw.
I'm also hoping for big things from Roode now that he's moved to Raw. Used right he could be great for WWE as he has everything. I'll be disappointed if this move does nothing for him.
