-- While not confirmed, Bobby Lashley appears headed to WWE once his contract with Impact expires, which is said to be in two weeks. When Lashley left WWE years ago, it was due to a major falling out but the situation is said to be pretty much gone and the two sides are said to be negotiating.

-- If WWE wants to use Lashley at the Royal Rumble, they would need prior approval from Impact Wrestling since the PPV would be taking place a few days before his contract with the company officially expires.

I thought his contract expired the other week... but this isn't the first time this month that I've heard talk of him returning to WWE. It's likely it will happen. Is this something that people want to see? Personally I never found him interesting. He was just a copy and past of Lesnar body wise, just with a baby face and zero personality. From the little I've seen him in TNA/Impact he's not changed much apart from adding a headband for some reason.

It's not something I particularly want to happen, but I'm not against it. It would be interesting seeing him go up against the new era of wrestlers.

Lashley is worth bringing in for sure... what they plan to do with him and which brand they decide to stick him will probably tell how well he does though... i'd imagine its all about getting new challengers for roman reigns this year... i mean who hasn't he beat?

I don't give a shit either way. Guy is talented, but bland. If they bring him in, they should give him someone like Heyman to be his mouth piece. When you lack the kind of charisma that he does, you need someone with you that has it. I'm not saying take Heyman from Lesnar, because they work perfectly together. But someone like him. Or would that be too much like Lesnar? Yeah, it probably would be.

Anyway, I imagine he'll end up on Smackdown if he gets signed up. Although I'd say that he has a choice to make regarding whether he wants to continue MMA or signing for WWE. Because he wouldn't be signing like Lesnar on a stupidly huge contract with few dates in a year. So I can't see WWE letting him continue MMA if he signs back with them. I would be very surprised if they did.
