Here are some interesting statistics for WWE talent from the 2017 calendar year:

- Jinder Mahal wrestled the most matches at 185, followed by Baron Corbin at 181, AJ Styles with 179, Sami Zayn with 178 and Charlotte Flair at 173.

- Dean Ambrose led the company with 144 wins, Shinsuke Nakamura was second with 131 wins, followed by Seth Rollins with 127, AJ Styles with 117 and Roman Reigns with 116.

- Natalya had the most losses with 131, Nia Jax had 128, Carmella was third with 125 while Jinder Mahal at 124 and Aiden English at 123 rounded out the top five.

- Since 2004, the most matches that any wrestler had competed in was Daniel Bryan with 232 in 2013, Sheamus with 220 in 2012 and Roman Reigns with 219 in 2015.

Some surprising ones there. Corbin had the second most matches? And Zayn is fourth in that list?

Ambose has more wins than anyone, and considering his matches must be less than 173, that's a pretty great win ratio for the year.

Poor Natalya, even though she got a title reign. Mahal though, with his long title reign lost 67% of his matches.

Ambrose's win ratio isn't surprising, when you consider his finisher is the most protected in WWE and no-one ever kicks out of it.

The number of matches is surprising. Not sure who I'd have had in a top five, but it probably would have only contained AJ from the ones that actually had the most matches. Corbin is a real surprise though.

I found one on win and loss percentage which was surprising (well, not so for who wins both of them)

2017 win percentage
Asuka 100 %
Nikki Bella 94.7 %
Aleister Black 91.6 %
Drew McIntyre 89.9 %
Finn Balor 88.9 %

2017 loss percentage
Curt Hawkins 0 %
Gabriel Ealy 3.2 %
Uriel Ealy 3.3 %
Bo Dallas  4.1 %
Brennan Williams 7.1 %

Bo probably gets most of his percentage from when he beat Hawkins.
And the Ealy's are 0.1% away from each other because Uriel had 1 singles match which he lost, and 1 tag match with a different partner which he lost; Gabriel had 2 singles matches, and lost both. Apparently in working those out that adds an extra 0.1% to Uriel.
