-- According to online reports, there appears to be growing friction backstage between Triple H and Vince McMahon.

-- According to Wade Keller of Pro Wrestling Torch, Triple H is mainly frustrated at how all the work that goes into creating and developing talent in NXT eventually seems to go to waste once those talent move up to WWE. Further compounding the problem is the fact that Triple H knows there isn't much that can be done as long as Vince is around and in power.

-- When we asked around, no one was willing to really speak on this but stated that Triple H is a "professional" and doesn't appear to show any outward signs of frustration backstage.

-- One comment that was made was that even if the two aren't showing any obvious signs of friction, it's pretty clear that anyone in Triple H's position "probably wouldn't be happy at the way things go downhill."

Couldn't blame him if he was.

No surprise. Just look at people like Breeze when he was brought up. What an absolute waste. I'm glad they're doing something with him now, but it must feel to Triple H like he wasted his time getting Breeze so over in NXT.

Then there's The Ascension. They were fun in NXT and pretty great. Jobbers and an absolute joke on the main roster. Another waste of time for NXT.

At least some have made it, but you'd expect them to really. Some are too good and over that no matter what, they're getting somewhere on the main roster. But when you see certain people moved up and their characters work, it's a shame to see them ruined at the expense of others that offer less.

There's probably loads of circumstances though that go into it all. Different crowd sizes, different types of crowds (NXT fans seem more passionate than the usual RAW and Smackdown crowds), more focus, etc.
