This is completely selfish, but I'm kind of hoping they don't swap Bliss and Charlotte. I'm going to Money in the Bank and I was really hoping to see Bliss there. But oh well, these things are bound to happen. LOL.
I'm just gonna go out on a limb and say the following changes will happen:
To RAW:
Alexa Bliss
Luke Harper
Dolph Ziggler
Apollo Crews
To SmackDown!:
Charlotte
Seth Rollins
Rusev
The New Day
Sami Zayn
Dunno why I've picked these but that's what I'm predicting.

I'd be happy with what Rhys has picked. Would shake things up enough. Although that would mean that Harper can't reunite with the Wyatt family to beat Orton, so maybe send someone else over to Raw instead of him.
I hope that AJ stays.
Also the rumours on Reigns seem pretty stupid. Apparently they want to move him to Smackdown to keep him away from Lesnar, because they can't just book him in another programme against other people for most of the year. Then have him win the Rumble again and once again face Lesnar. Which would be stupid for two reasons. 1, they shouldn't repeat something from 2 years ago as that is just lazy and fans will shit all over it. 2, because they made no mention this year that the winner of the Rumble could pick what champion he faces. Orton won and it was straight set as he would face whoever the Smackdown champion was come Mania. So changing that just to suit a story because they can't be bothered to book things properly would be complete and utter bullshit and blurs the lines between the brand split which is what screwed the whole thing over last time.

Charlotte to Smackdown would make her the top womens wrestler on the bran, no question. Both sides really need new blood instead of just swapping someone over.
Same with The New Day really. The Raw tag division is a lot better than Smackdowns. So it's a move in the right direction, but really new blood is needed. Whether that's call ups or new teams brought in externally... something needs to happen.
Both would be good swaps tho.
AJ needs to stay on Smackdown, but there's far too much talk about it happening. So much so that I would be surprised to not see him moved. That would mean though that someone in the main event from Raw goes the other way. Probably will be Rollins since Triple H doesn't seem to appear on Smackdown these days, so it keeps them apart.
Personally don't think they should do a draft on Raw or Smackdown. As Ninjak pointed out, it blurs the lines between the shows. Why not make it a Network Special and then on the next Raw and Smakcdown shows the new guys are just there? Would get people to tune into the Network which is what the want.

That was intentional lol. I don't want Harper to rejoin The Wyatts for like the fourth time. It's about time he branched off to do his own thing, for real this time.

Latest is that Charlotte and Sasha will go to Smackdown. That would be pointless... After their feud, which good as it was, really ran it's course to the point where they had to say no more singles matches between them for the belt... Is it really a good idea to move them both? Good opportunity to split them and not have to worry about going back to that feud when one or the other has a title.
Does anyone think Cena might move?

Doubt it. Cena won't be there so I don't see the point in them wasting a trade on him.

From this weeks wrestling observer newsletter.
I had a feeling Styles would be moving to Raw... he really shouldn't though.
